PC Black Masterbatch

Introduction
PC special black masterbatch is mainly by polycarbonate as the substrate, after the oxidation treatment of low pH, high carbon black pigment by environmental pre dispersed after processing as raw material, made of high-grade PC special black masterbatch, extrusion granulation and injection molding processing for PC and PC/ABS plastic alloy.

Main Features
high temperature, high density, high brightness, high dispersion, high liquidity, and will not change the original properties of plastic products, the domestic product is the first black female high light green PC.

Instructions
PC  black masterbatch is granular, it is easy to dilute, mix , can be mixed with raw materials directly after the injection . The masterbatches of the amount of added is based on the appearance of the final product requirements, the usual ratio is 1.0~2.5%.

Storage conditions
Stored in a cool dry and ventilated place, avoid sun exposure, rain.
